GOTHAM is a graphic design inspired by a typeface Gotham™.
I came up with an idea to make a graphic which symbolizes the atmosphere of the typeface. Gotham itself was inspired by logotypes and signage in New York, which is famous for cold winter. I also found a Japanese word “極寒 (very cold)” can be a phonotic equivalent of Gotham (ゴッサム). Therefore coldness and winter were chosen as the main theme.
